Our experience with Performance Real Estate was excellent. From start to finish, Andrew has built a polished process to make selling your house feel like it's an easy thing to do! The pictures, organization, creative ideas, timely communication, technology, and professionalism were top notch. In a buyers market, he was able to sell our house (thousands above the list price) in about ten days of re-listing (days after being on the market for 5 months with another realtor). He has built many strong relationships in the area which is also integral when buying or selling a home. He helped me from the very first moment I decided to sell - suggesting how to prep my house, what to list it for, etc. All the way to the very last moment of closing day! His market knowledge and people skills truly make him the best at his job. We got over asking price.
